1. Fulfilment + Processing Time

We use Printful’s print-on-demand fulfillment system (except for our hats), which means once you place your order, it is created just for you.

Typical production time before shipping: It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Fulfillment time may vary depending on product type and print location.

Once your order leaves the fulfillment center, shipping time depends on your destination and shipping method.
2. Shipping Methods + Estimated Delivery Times
Using Printful’s shipping options, we offer the following delivery estimates (these are post-fulfilment only):

Standard Flat Rate: ~3-4 business days after fulfilment

Express: ~1-3 business days after fulfilment
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates + Regions

Shipping costs are calculated based on product category, weight, destination region, and whether items ship separately.

Orders containing multiple items or different categories (e.g., a mug + a sweatshirt) may incur higher shipping costs because some items ship separately.
4. Taxes

When you place your order, any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or any safe delivery spot.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period of time (past the estimated delivery window), contact us at info@thegivingpainpurposeshop.com so we can investigate. Printful supports lost-in-transit claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Our hats are fulfilled in-house, and we will investigate once a claim is made. See refund policy.
6. Shipping Restrictions + Separate Shipments

Some items may ship separately from other items in your order because of packaging differences. Shipping charges for these items may not be combined with items that ship together.

Address changes after your order has shipped may incur additional fees or may be marked as delivered/returned; in such cases, we may not be able to make accommodations.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment is damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@thegivingpainpurposeshop.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

If your package is lost in transit and qualifies for a claim, we’ll work with Printful to determine the next steps. If the package is a hat, we will work with our fulfillment center to determine the next steps.

If the delivery address provided was incorrect and the package is returned to the fulfillment center, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
