How do I know what size to order?

Each item will have a size chart in the product description. Check it before you check out — because no one wants a hoodie that feels like a weighted blanket (unless that’s your thing).

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet —USA only for now. We’re keeping it close to home while we get our feet under us.

But trust us, we’ve got global plans. If you’re outside the U.S. and want the goods, let us know — the more demand, the sooner we make it happen.

When will I get my order?

We move fast — but not Amazon-robot fast.
Most orders take 2–5 business days to be created and fulfilled.

Timing can shift a bit depending on what you order and where it’s getting printed — especially for items other than hats.

After that, shipping time depends on the carrier and whatever option you pick at checkout.
Bottom line: you’ll get tracking the second your order hits the road. Healing takes time… and so does badass merch.

Can I return or exchange something?

If it arrives damaged or we screwed something up, absolutely — we’ll make it right. But we’re a small-batch, purpose-driven operation, so we can’t accept returns for things like sizing issues or if you changed your mind.
